Move in a way your body actually enjoys.

Flexible or stiff, young or senior, new to movement or returning after a break — this is a space for every body. We’re here to guide and support you every step of the way. You just need to show up.

Our studio classes in Dubrovnik vary in style, pace and intensity, allowing you to choose a practice that suits your body, energy level and intention for the day. Some classes are slower and more gentle, while others are more dynamic and strength-building. All are guided with care, clarity and awareness.

Rather than focusing on labels or levels, we encourage listening to your body. Some days you may feel strong and energised. On other days, you may feel softer and slower. Both are equally valid. Move with your breath, pause when needed, rest without guilt and stay present with what is happening in the moment.

Our teachers offer an individual, supportive approach, meeting you where you are each day. They guide you clearly into and out of each pose, explain key focus points and offer simple modifications when needed. The intention is never to push or perform, but to help you feel safe, supported and at ease in your practice.

This is not about doing more or striving for progress. It is about tuning in, moving with awareness and choosing what feels right for you, today.

ABC Yoga for Beginners

A welcoming yoga class for anyone new to yoga or looking to revisit the foundations. This class introduces essential elements such as conscious breathing, basic alignment and fundamental yoga postures. Classes are based on Vinyasa yoga, a dynamic yet accessible style that begins with gentle Sun Salutations and gradually builds a flowing sequence of poses (asanas). Movement and breath are linked with clarity and care, allowing you to build confidence at your own pace.

Recommended for: complete beginners, as well as those with some experience who prefer a lower-intensity yoga class.

Hatha Flow & Surya Flow

Inspired by Hatha yoga, these classes offer a balanced and grounding practice that combines static postures with flowing movement sequences synchronised with the breath. The pace is steady and mindful, encouraging you to slow down, deepen your breathing and hold postures with awareness. This approach supports inner balance, stability and a stronger mind–body connection. Each class begins with breathing exercises and a short relaxation, followed by dynamic Sun Salutations and a thoughtfully structured sequence of yoga postures with longer, mindful holds. Regular practice will help strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and mobility, reduce stress and tension, and enhance focus and body awareness.

Recommended for: beginners seeking a well-guided, traditional practice, as well as experienced practitioners looking for a balanced and grounding yoga class.

Gentle Yoga

A low-intensity yoga class designed to calm the body and mind. This practice is slow, nourishing and deeply relaxing, making it an ideal way to unwind and reset. Movements are gentle and supported, with plenty of time to breathe, stretch and release tension.

Recommended for: all levels of practitioners, including beginners and those looking for a softer yoga experience.

Yin Yoga

A slow, meditative style of yoga focused on stillness and deep release. Postures are held for three to five minutes, allowing the body to fully relax without muscular effort. Yin yoga targets joints, fascia and connective tissues, supporting flexibility, circulation and nervous system balance. The practice encourages presence, deep breathing and inner calm.

Recommended for: all levels of practitioners, especially those seeking relaxation and restoration.

Agni Flow

A dynamic, Vinyasa-based yoga class of medium to high intensity. This practice builds strength, stamina and heat while exploring more challenging postures in a continuous, fluid flow. Breath and movement are fully synchronised, creating an energising and focused experience that encourages exploration of the body’s capabilities.

Recommended for: regular yoga practitioners or those in good physical condition who are comfortable with yoga fundamentals and looking for a more challenging practice.

Pilates & More

Mat Pilates classes that blend traditional and contemporary Pilates with elements of yoga and functional training. Sessions include bodyweight exercises and the use of props such as weights, resistance bands and balls. Special attention is given to core Pilates principles: breathing, control, precision, centering, concentration and fluidity of movement. Each class ends with a short relaxation. This practice is an excellent complement to yoga for those who enjoy combining strength, mobility and mindful movement.

Recommended for: anyone looking to improve strength, endurance and body awareness through a balanced body–mind practice.

Aerial Pilates

A unique Pilates class that combines classical Pilates with exercises performed on yoga swings. The swings support spinal traction, assist alignment and make certain movements more accessible. Throughout the class, we work on strength, flexibility and mobility, while encouraging control, stability and mindful movement.

Recommended for: all levels of practitioners.

Contraindications: high blood pressure, eye pressure and heart conditions.

Yoga for the Spine

Therapeutic yoga classes are designed to support spinal health, improve movement functionality and promote nervous system balance through a carefully structured exercise program. The practice offers practical tools for managing and preventing back pain, building awareness, stability and resilience through mindful movement.

Recommended for: individuals recovering from injury or managing back discomfort who wish to continue exercising safely and maintain overall spinal health.

Yoga for the Spine is a natural continuation of the beginner Body Reset program and can be gradually combined with other group classes when appropriate.

Body Reset – Movement Therapy

A closed therapeutic movement program limited to a maximum of 15 participants. This class is designed for people experiencing pain or injury who are not able to attend regular yoga or Pilates classes. The program combines yoga therapy, Pilates, somatic practices and functional movement. In addition to strength and flexibility, the focus is on nervous system regulation, tension release, posture improvement and restoring ease of movement.

Recommended for: individuals with injuries or chronic pain who require a therapeutic approach. Participation is advised with approval from a doctor or physiotherapist and is not suitable in cases of acute inflammation.

Upon enrollment, a 30-minute individual consultation is included to assess your needs and guide you safely into the program.

Kids Yoga & Creative Movement

Playful and supportive movement classes created especially for children. Through yoga-inspired movement, creative exercises, games and sports-based activities, children explore their bodies, emotions and imagination in a safe and joyful environment.

Classes include yoga postures, breathing exercises, storytelling and movement games that support coordination, balance, strength and flexibility. The emphasis is on exploration rather than performance, allowing each child to move at their own pace.

Recommended for: children in two age groups: 6-9years old, and 10-14 years old, who enjoy movement, creativity and play. No previous experience is required.
